How long does it take to manufacture a new tent?
Manufacturing time depends on the type, size, and quantity ordered. Most standard tents are completed within 2–4 weeks. Your confirmed turnaround time will be provided with your quotation.
How long does it take to manufacture a tarpaulin?
Most orders of five tarpaulins or fewer are completed within two working days. Larger or custom orders may take longer.
Do you deliver?
While we don't provide a delivery service, we're happy to recommend reliable courier and transport companies that can deliver anywhere in South Africa and Sub-Saharan Africa.
Can you match our company branding on tents or tarpaulins?
Yes. We can manufacture products in your corporate colours and add your branding. Simply provide your original logo artwork for the best results.
Do your products come with a warranty?
Yes. Our products are covered by a warranty. Please refer to our Warranty and Terms & Conditions pages for full details.
Do you repair tents or tarpaulins you didn't manufacture?
Yes. We repair most PVC and canvas products, including those manufactured by others. Bring your item to our workshop, and we'll inspect it and provide a quotation.
