Material and Manufacturing Standards
Premium first-grade PVC (550, 700 or 800 g/m²) with UV resistance, fire-retardant and anti-bacterial protection as standard for exceptional strength, durability, and long-term performance. Reinforced with a full Panama-weave polyester base cloth — using two yarns in both directions — provides exceptional tear and tensile strength for outstanding durability and long-term performance.
All seams are high-frequency PVC welded — stronger and more waterproof than stitching alone. Weldable webbing reinforcement at stress points.
Heavy-duty galvanised steel poles and frames provide exceptional structural strength and long-lasting corrosion protection. The durable finish is low maintenance and built to last.
